Martin Gibbons is more than a car dealer. He is an automotive enthusiast, historian, and connoisseur. I had been looking for the very rare 2019 AMG GTC for nearly two years when I came across the Tifosi listing. I made the call immediately and soongot a call back from a kindly gentleman with a British accent who gave additional details about the car. 23K miles, CPO and covered by Mercedes-Benz until 2026, an $8K+ XPel wrap. I told him I knew what it was and I knew I wanted it, but I wasn't sure about the financing. I had never financed a 99K car. At this, Martin did something that demonstrated that he has as much a passion for people as he does for automobiles. Despite being a boutique dealership and having multiple calls in on a rare car, he gave me a shot. He said if I put down just $500, he'd write up a bill of sale, take the car off the market and give me 10-14 days to try to figure out the financing. It was an opportunity I couldn't pass up. He also referred me to a specialty financing company. They were great, but just two days later, my own bank (USAA) financed 100% of the purchase! The rest is history. Once the paperwork was done I took the train to the Philadelphia area to pick up my dream car. Martin offerred to pick me up from the train station in Downingtown, but after just missing my connecting train, I ended up catching an Uber in. When I arrived and met him I was even more impressed. After a tour of his restoration shop and a mechanic shop chock-full of Ferraris, as well as a dealer floor that included a $4M 1967 Lamborghini Mirror, I was finally ready to head back to DC, but Martin never stopped paying attention to the derails. He was almost surgical in explaining what everything was and how everything worked. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the car came equipped with a RennTech exhaust system which, at the touch of a button, makes it growl around town. It also had a BlackVue camera system (the capabilities of which I still haven't fully explored). Even the new tires had a warranty on them and all of the supporting documentation from the prior owner was provided. When I took it to a Mercedes dealership a few days later they said that not only was it CPO until Jan 2026, all scheduled maintenance was covered until JULY of the same year. The great news just kept coming. As I prepared to pull off for the first time in my first exotic supercar, he was almost paternal in explaining what to do, like being prepared for the sensations of rear wheel steering, and what not to do, like turn on race mode or remove the traction control. Perhaps he could sense that I was nervous but I genuinely needed and appreciated the guidance. We're both Vets (he of the British military and I of U.S) but it felt like a seasoned senior Comrade providing parting instruction to a junior one heading out to a first mission. He opened up the showroom doors and told me to let him know that I'd made it home. I rumbled out into the beginnings of a light rain. Two days later (my first day driving since making it home) after looking everywhere and doing a couple Google searches, I had to make the slightly embarrassing call to ask how to open the gas cap. He was good natured about it, didn't rib me at all, and gave a polite suggestion that worked (you just push it...I had found that but hadn't pushed hard enough and didn't want to break anything). I guess that sums him up in a nutshell. He's a good natured, knowledgeable guy who tends to give suggestions that work. I noted that his first email of the bill of sale said "Congratulations!" while I had NO IDEA how I was going to finance that car. I wondered where that faith in the universe came from. Did this guy know something that I didn't? I actually laughed, but in the end the joke was on me. There really was cause for congratulations...and that's part of why I wrote this review. To say it's okay to step out on faith. Martin Gibbons and Tifosi Motors are a class act, and you could not buy from better people or a better dealership. If they've got what you want - get it.

I recently consigned two antique muscle cars with Martin at Tifosi Motors. In less than one week Martin marketed and sold both cars. His easy going professional manor and attention to detail made the process enjoyable. I am looking forward to my car buying experience with Martin in the very near future.

Martin was extremely professional and patient throughout the negotiation and purchase. I trust him, as he was completely unlike multiple other dealers I spoke to concerning similar cars. He went over and above with information and service records. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I bought a high end sports car from Tifosi a few months ago. Some problems came up due to my own credit union, but Tifosi was extremely patient and worked with me every step of the way to make my buying experience very smooth. They are very honest and actually care about their customers which is not common for some dealers I’ve worked with in the past. I would absolutely buy from Tifosi again.

Martin at Tifosi is an incredible person, both professionally and personally. He was able to consign my Ferrari and procure my first 992 911. I would highly recommend doing business with Tifosi Motors for any and all car needs.

Just purchased a very expensive 1960 Cadillac from Martin. I didn't have a chance to come view it in person, so Martin went out of the way to be sure I knew EXACTLY what I was buying! Very transparent and a gentleman! I can't wait for him to get another CLASSIC so I can have more buying experiences with Martin. AAA+++
